COVID-19 Guidelines


Due to COVID-19 and the Emergency Guidelines of the State of Delaware, ALL attendees MUST wear a mask/face covering while waiting in line to enter the theater, while entering and exiting the theater, and when moving about the theater. Attendees are STRONGLY encouraged to keep their mask on at all times, except when drinking or eating for short periods of time. Should you need a mask, one will be provided to you.

Only persons residing in the same household will be seated together. Attendees MUST practice social distancing at all times. Please obey the social distancing markers on the floor/ground. No one is permitted to wait in the lobby or theater before or after the performance. All Attendees must use Bootless provided hand sanitizer prior to entering the theater. Additional hand sanitizer is located within the theater for Attendee use. Additional COVID-19 related information and instruction will be provided by during the curtain speech.

If you have recently been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or if you are running a fever, or if you are not feeling well in any way that suggests symptoms of COVID-19, Bootless asks you do not attend the performance. Also, should you arrive at Bootless and show any symptoms of COVID-19, you may be asked to leave.

By purchasing a ticket to the live performance, it is deemed you agree and will adhere to all Bootless COVID-19 requirements, and the email provided for your ticket purchase may be used for contact tracing purposes.

Bootless has taken necessary steps and precautions to provide its audiences with a clean and safe environment, including but not limited to, sanitizing common areas and frequently used touch points, cleaning audience seating, providing contactless transaction options, and removing self-serve concession options. Bootless personnel are required to wear a mask at all times and use gloves when needed.

Bootless meets all State of Delaware COVID-19 Business Safety Protection requirements. Bootless is a grateful recipient of a Delaware Small Business (Non-Profit) Relief Grant which provided funds to purchase commercial air purifiers and other COVID-19 related supplies so that in-person theater events could return to Bootless.
