AUDITIONS

Open Call Auditions for the 2011/12 season will be held on:

Thursday, August 25 – 7:00pm to 9:30pm  &    Monday August 29 – 7:00pm to 9:30pm.

Check in begins at 6:45pm. You must be checked in by 8:00pm to be seen.

Need up to 40 actors ranging in age from 16 to 60, various types and all ethnic backgrounds to fill roles for The Velveteen Rabbit, A Puppet Musical (Dec run);  Star Wars, The Musical (Mar run) and Dead Man’s Cell Phone (June run).

Be prepared to provide a cold reading from the above show scripts. Monologues are not necessary but enjoyed.

If auditioning for a musical, be prepared to sing a (complete) song of your choice showing vocal range and ability. Bring sheet music for accompanist. Music only CDs are permitted. We prefer no a capella singing. If you choose to sing a capella, you will be asked the vocalize for the music director to establish vocal range, ability to match pitch, etc.

Make sure to bring your resume and headshot to the audition!!   No appointments are necessary.

Some roles are paid.
